Our Approach to Boiler Work
We believe in diagnosing accurately before recommending anything. A boiler fault can have multiple causes an error code on the display, a pressure drop, intermittent loss of heating or hot water and jumping to a conclusion doesn't serve the customer well.
When we attend, we carry out a proper diagnosis, explain what we've found in plain language and give you a clear quotation for any repair work or parts required. If a repair is viable and cost-effective, we'll carry it out. If the boiler is beyond economic repair, we'll tell you that too and give you the information you need to make a decision about replacement.
