Before You Book
How Our Charging Works
When you book an engineer, the attendance charge covers travel and the first hour on site. That first hour is used for investigation and diagnosis we'll identify the fault, explain what we've found and, if additional work is needed, provide a separate quotation before proceeding. Parts and materials are always quoted separately and agreed before they are ordered or fitted.

Notes on Pricing
All prices are guide prices. A specific quotation will be provided before any work is carried out.
Parts and materials are charged separately at cost plus a handling charge. They will always be quoted and agreed before being ordered or fitted.
VAT is charged at the standard rate where applicable.
Parking charges and the London Congestion Charge are passed on at cost where applicable.
The attendance charge applies to all visits, including diagnostic visits where a fault cannot be resolved on the day.
For larger jobs boiler installations, system upgrades, cylinder-to-combi conversions we provide a fixed-price quotation before work begins.
